For business units and apartment blocks, we will need a mark-up which shows where you would
like the main duct intake to enter the premise.
A location plan in PDF format is required for all sites,such as
a Land Registry map. The plan must clearly show your site boundary marked and
surrounding street names. We cannot accept Google maps, Bing or similar Internet based
company drawings due to copyright laws.

For flats we also require floor plans for all the flats with the plot numbers clearly marked
on each flat, or alternatively the ground floor with a mark-up of where the duct intake
needs to be and a schedule of accommodation advising which plots are on which floor.

We will need your site plan be broken down into phases of 200 plots maximum. So we can
provide you with a clear quality proposal. Please can you note the plan accordingly as to
which
plots will be included in each phase and include an order of build.
Please send us an order of build document complete with a site start date and first
occupancy date for each phase. Each phase should contain no more than 200 plots.

preferred services route
